Kwang Chuini was a member of a Yakuza family, but in 3046 most of his family died in a suspicious accident.
After sometime living on the streets, he joined The Dead where he uses his contacts to keep appraised his gang. He is also known for his martial artist expertise and his hatred of anything related to the yakuza.[1]
