Dr. James Long was a NAIS scientist in 3053.[1]
History
Long was leading the Tommyknockers Project (FTL (Follow the Leader) Warhead), which was dedicated to developing a wide range of missile variants: the AX (Acid) Warhead, the RS (Retro-Streak) Warhead, the TC (Tandem-Charge) Warhead, the LI (Laser Inhibiting) Warhead, the HS (Heat Seeking) Warhead, and the SS (Shoot and Sit) Warhead.[1]
