Star Captain Horan Baba commanded the Ebon Keshik's Watch division prior to 18 August 3071, when he was replaced by Star Captain Bhu Telinov for failing to detect the Clan Wolf plot to remove all of their genetic legacies from the Clan Homeworlds.[1]
