On the 25th January [[3135]], during the black-out, a riot started in Valis City because the people though a series on incoming DropShips were Capellan Confederation forces were arriving on the planet. Legate [[David Fouche]] calmed he citizens informing them that the incoming DropShips where part of the scheduled re-supply convoy coming in from [New Home] that was arriving a day earlier.
