Then Staff Sergeant Faust Myers participated in the fighting during the Andurien Secession. Myers commanded Bravo Platoon of the Rapier Company within the Twenty-third Marik Reconnaissance Regiment while it was assigned to the 6th Marik Militia. Myers was present during the fighting on the Zelana Plains against the 5th Defenders of Andurien on Conquista in November 3038. After the fighting on November 23, Faust was promoted to Sergeant Major.[1][2][4]
Faust Myers would eventually retire from the FWLM and write Thirty Years in a Tin Can: A Tanker's Life, a memoir of Faust's career.[1]
