Dominion Facility Kappa-4 was a manufacturing facility located on Goito. It was placed there to avoid an over-concentration of production assets on Alshain. The Ghost Bears used a mobile facility to create the core of the factory.[1] It was a victim of the Bloody Tricentennial attacks, which saw the factory destroyed in late 3080.[2] A pirate band backed by the Word of Blake raided the facility in an attempt to capture Clan technology, only to discover that they were a diversion; as the defending Tenth Phalanx battled the pirates, Blakist insurgents detonated a nuclear device that destroyed the facility and most of the pirates along with elements of the Tenth. The Ghost Bear Watch spent the next month hunting down all of the surviving insurgents.[3]
