Devron Shrint was a loan shark on Solaris.[1]

He owned Shrint's Loans, located in Joppa. His private loan institution only provides short-term loans up to 30.000 C-bills and with astronomical interest rates, which have labeled him as loan shark. Though several of those who have failed to pay have "disappeared"", police investigation has been unable to trace those to him.[1]
