Life

Dawn Youngblood was in MechWarrior training (like generations of Youngbloods before her) when a severe injury left her incapable of effective combat, becoming a Protocol Officer for the Star League.

She was present at the fateful meeting of 12th August 2781 when the Star League Council was unable to come to a consensus as to the new leader and dissolved. Although Dawn Youngblood was one among many to valiantly attempt to enforce diplomatic order the meeting erupted in discord, never to meet again.

Aware that war was inevitable, Dawn drew on her early 'Mech education to establish a BattleMech repair depot that repeatedly received commendations for keeping untold numbers of 'Mechs battle ready. She personally developed new techniques for repairs even as resources became more scarce as the wars progressed. She died in a Kurita attack on her 'Mech plant.[1]

Marriage and Children

It is not known if Dawn Youngblood was ever married or had any children, but the surname survived fer nearly 200 years to reappear with Jeremiah Youngblood.[1]
