Notes
- The file can be accessed at CBT's page (via the Web Archive). The file had also been accessbile through BattleCorp's BattleShop
- The digital product was modified in 2008 (and made publoch by 2009) with changes to the cover, but the record sheets themselves appear unchanged. The new cover changed the title to "Classic BattleTech Introductory Blank Record Sheets" (i.e., adding the word "Blank"), replaced the WK Games and FanPro logos with just the Catalyst Game Labs logo, and changed the format of the author line. This version can be accessed through CBT's page (via the Web Archive).
- The revised title of the 2008 version is a bit misleading. A blank record sheet typically denotes a record sheet that can be customized to wide variety of units of the specified type. These record sheets were pre-formed according to 'Mech and variant present in the introductory set. This issue would persist with its successor BattleTech Introductory Blank Record Sheets.
