*The digital document was modified near the end of 2008 (and made public by 2009) with changes to the cover, but the record sheets and the page of standees themselves appear unchanged.  The new cover changed the title to "Classic BattleTech Introductory Blank Record Sheets" (i.e., adding the word "Blank"), replaced the WK Games and FanPro logos with just the Catalyst Game Labs logo, and changed the format of the author line.  This version can be accessed through [https://web.archive.org/web/20090412094001/http://www.classicbattletech.com/index.php?action=products&mode=full&id=213 CBT's page (via the Web Archive)].

*The revised title of the 2008 version is a bit misleading.  A blank record sheet typically denotes a record sheet that can be customized to wide variety of units of the specified type.  However these record sheets were pre-generated according to 'Mech and variant present in the introductory set.  This issue would persist with its successor ''[[BattleTech Introductory Blank Record Sheets]]''.

* The tech base on each record sheet listed a specific year.  Each record sheet included the WK Games logo and the copyright notice at the bottom of each record sheet read "© 2006 WizKids, Inc. Classic BattleTech, ’Mech and BattleMech are trademarks of WizKids, Inc. All rights reserved.  Permission to photocopy for personal use."  These details were the same for both the 2006 and 2008 versions.

Description[edit]

Classic BattleTech Introductory Record Sheets is a free product created by FanPro and offered by CGL on both the CGL and BattleCorps websites. It provides 24 different ready-to-use record sheets for Classic BattleTech.

From the Website[edit]

A companion volume to the Classic BattleTech Introductory Rulebook, these twenty-four full-fledged ’Mech record sheets (as opposed to the abridged Quick-Start Rules-style) allow players to experience all the Classic BattleTech Introductory Rulebook has to offer; includes counters for each ’Mech that can be cut out and folded for ease of use.
