Description

Classic BattleTech Introductory Record Sheets is a free product made available by CGL. It provides 24 different ready-to-use record sheets for Classic BattleTech.

From the Website

A companion volume to the Classic BattleTech Introductory Rulebook, these twenty-four full-fledged ’Mech record sheets (as opposed to the abridged Quick-Start Rules-style) allow players to experience all the Classic BattleTech Introductory Rulebook has to offer; includes counters for each ’Mech that can be cut out and folded for ease of use.

Notes

  • The revised title is a bit misleading. A blank record sheet typically denotes a record sheet that can be customized to wide variety of units of the specified type. However these are in fact pre-generated record sheets for each 'Mech present in the introductory set. This issue would persist with its successor BattleTech Introductory Blank Record Sheets.
  • This version is only a slight modification of its predecessor Classic BattleTech Introductory Record Sheets. While changes were made to the cover, the record sheets and the template page of standees themselves appear unchanged. The new cover changed the tiels (i.e., adding the word "Blank"), replaced the WK Games and FanPro logos with the Catalyst Game Labs logo, and changed the format of the author line. Like its 2006 predecessor, each record sheet listed the tech base using a specific year. Also each record sheet still included the WK Games logo. Moreover, the copyright notice at the bottom of each record sheet read "© 2006 WizKids, Inc. Classic BattleTech, ’Mech and BattleMech are trademarks of WizKids, Inc. All rights reserved. Permission to photocopy for personal use."
