Clarice Arn was the commanding officer of the Fourth Deneb Light Cavalry's Infantry Brigade as of 3067.[1]

Leutnant-Colonel Arn, commanding the Fourth Deneb Light Cavalry's 223rd Jump Regiment, was stationed on Dalkeith in 3062.[2] After the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, now-Leftenant General Arn commanded the Fourth Deneb's Infantry Brigade on Deneb Kaitos by 3067.[1]
