Biography
Little information is know about Christoph Nick's early life, save that the skilled warrior one day turned up on Tortuga Prime to join the pirate bands who operated there, more interested in the freedom offered by being a pirate rather than the power that resulted. Nick would work with various bands on Tortuga for many years and engage in numerous raids, but would studiously avoid enslaving anybody, a frequent point of contention with Dame Trevaline. Surviving her intermittent assassination attempts, while never entering into open conflict, the relationship between Trevaline and Nick would eventually sour to the point he could serve her no longer.
