The Chainelane Isles are a small "deep periphery" realm consisting of several worlds, 100 light years in diameter and 100 light years core-ward of the Greater Valkyrate. The Isles are home to several small duchies or principalities, each possessing a few worlds. Like the successor states, each of these principalities is vying for supremacy
