Casey Martine was a black water navy officer from the Lyran Commonwealth in 3067.[1]

When the Alliance Naval Command detected some manmade objects in space that where not "aligned" with the delegations present on Tharkad, they were not worried on this according to Admiral Martine. Unfortunately they were proven wrong.[1]
