Lieutenant Carla Buckey was a member of the Payvand Militia in the early 31st century.[1]
History
In March 3011, Carla Buckey served in C Company of the Second Battalion within the Payvand Militia. Carla was with the Militia at the town of Lowson on Payvand when they were attacked by the Drake's Dragons pirate band.[1]
