Bryan Kasigi was the commander of the First Ghost Regiment of the Draconis Combine Mustered Soldiery during the War of 3039 and until 3067.
History
After the First Ghost Regiment's defeat on Altais at the hands of the Gray Death Legion during the War of 3039,[1] Kasigi was one of many DCMS soldiers unable to retreat offworld. He later participated in guerrilla actions against the occupation units of the Gray Death Legion and Lyran Commonwealth Armed Forces elements on-planet.[2]
After the war ended, Kasigi rejoined the First Ghost Regiment and, for his accomplishments, promoted to Tai-i and given the command of a company.[3]
At some point prior to 3059, Kasigi was promoted to Tai-sa.
BattleMech
- Kasigi piloted a stock Catapult CPLT-K2 during the War of 3039. During the Clan Invasion, Kasigi piloted a customised Catapult equipped with a mix of old and new technologies.[4]
Notes
- Kasigi was noted for acting with total disregard for his own safety in combat situations. His suicidal bravery earned him the moniker 'The Steel Dragon' from his subordinates.[5]
