Brian Rhoads was the commanding officer of Cosmic Faith III-delta of the Word of Blake Militia's Second Division as of 3062.[2]
History
Precentor III Rhoads, serving with the Second Division, was stationed on Terra in 3062.[2] By 3067, now-Precentor VII Rhoads remained in command of Cosmic Faith III-delta and was still stationed on Terra.[1]
