Borgan's Rift is a periphery world under control of Magistracy of Canopus. During Succession Wars world was crippled by economic and technological collapse. Up till year 3040 it was pillaged by pirates and held economical stagnation. Eventually it was sold to Shanti Magliss of Magliss Spirits who built warehouses and distribution centers all over the planet, yet Pirate attacks didn't stop.
