History
As of 3071, Rapkis was a named recipient on intelligence analysis prepared by the Word of Blake ROM, including those in respect of events during the Jihad. These included Analysis Report Mu 68-70a, covered the events of late 3068, which was prepared by Adepts Larissa Frontisak and Rianne Emory.[1]
