Battle Magic is a mercenary company that started as an offshoot of Mech. Magic Inc. on Outreach in 3047. Mech. Magic Inc. was an elite technichal staff that specialized in battlemech customization and refits.

In 3054 Battle Magic was created as military arm to acquire equipemtn to modify their customers equipment. The bulk of their missions are made up of militia training and refit or tech extraction raids particularly against the Clans.
