Major General Adrian Wolfe was the commander of a small Mercenary unit known as the Wolfe's Dragoons as of 3062.[1]

History

In 3062, at the start of Julius O'Reilly's campaign to usurp his father as ruler of the Marian Hegemony, elements of the 1st Illyrian Lancers and Wolfe's Dragoons including Wolfe were defeated by II Legio during a successful invasion of the Illyrian Palatinate world of Trasjkis.

During this engagement, Wolfe did not prove himself worthy of either his inflated rank or his unit's more esteemed namesake the Wolf's Dragoons, but rather showed a lack of both tactical acumen and personal bravery. Wolfe allowed the 1st Illyrian Lancers to advance ahead of his unit so they could soften up the opposition and provide him with an easier fight, but this lack of co-ordination allowed the II Legio forces to defeat both units piecemeal, resulting in Wolfe attempting to flee the battlefield.[1]
