Abysmal Manufacturing Complex is a Clan facility on Huntress in the Kerensky Cluster.

Overview

The Abysmal Manufacturing Complex is a small BattleMech manufacturing facility located in an isolated region of Huntress known as the Path of the Warrior Peninsula on the Abysmal continent.[1] Its original owners, Clan Smoke Jaguar, had long neglected this facility due to it being geared toward the production of Light BattleMechs. By the thirty-first century the complex was in a state of disuse. Due to its location and lack of on-site activity, this facility escaped destruction by Inner Sphere forces during the Task Force Serpent campaign in 3060.

Shortly after the conflict ended, Clan Goliath Scorpion moved in and seized the abandoned facilities for themselves. The Scorpions began refitting the complex to produce new versions of the Peregrine BattleMech[2] as well as retooling a single line to produce the now-extinct Jaguar Clan's Warhawk design.[3]

Ownership

The Abysmal Manufacturing Complex was originally owned and operated by Clan Smoke Jaguar. As of 3062, the Complex was under the complete control of Clan Goliath Scorpion.[citation needed]
