History
The Fifty-third BattleMech Cluster is a unique formation. Consisting of new sibko graduates and freeborns who have recently passed their Trial of Position, the Fifty-third serves as a training unit. Older more experienced warriors act as officers and instructors, passing on the lessons they've learned in combat to the new troops.[1] In 3059 the Fifty-third was stationed on Niles.[2]
In 3067 the 53rd is stationed on Tiber.[3]
