History
The Third Battle Cluster had fought against Clan Burrock forces in 3058, loosing their commanding officer and their elite status in the process.[1] They were stationed on Dagda between 3059 and 3067.[2][3]
The Black Lion-class battlecruiser Streaking Mist arrived at the Atreus system in early 3072. The former flagship of Clan Smoke Jaguar launched two DropShips containing a raiding party led by the Bandit Caste leader known as The Jaguar and then proceeded to blockade the planet, destroying several merchant vessels in the following weeks. The Jaguar's forces began by landing near Firebase Gamma, destroying the defending Sixteenth Assault Cluster.[4]
Shortly after the Jaguar's forces had moved on from Firebase Gamma, a deadly plague began to spread across the world, one which would later be identified as primarily threatening those with the Hoskins, Tanaga and Quesnel genetic legacies.
