Kaff Doru was the ruler the Taurian Concordat.
History
Great-grandson of Hadji Doru, Kaff would serve in the Taurian Defense Force and eventually claim the mantle of Protector in 3127 after deposing his tyrannical predecessor James Urratia.[2] [3]
