Colonel Theodora Casey was the Ia (chief of staff) of the Star League Defense Force's XXX Corps as of 2764.[1]
History
Colonel Casey had a new Corps CO as of 2764, Major General Erwin Moeller, who was still learning the ropes. This resulted in Casey having to carry much of the burden of command, as Moeller was settling into the challenges of his new role.[1]
