Goshi Tengwan was a General in the Draconis Combine. He commanded the Second Sword of Light while on Chandler.
Attack on Chandler
While the Ghost Bear strike force was deployed on Chandler to find Tengwan, the DCMS opposition was found refueling at a fuel depot. Both the Bears and Combine forces made no hesistation to attack each other on the planet. Upon refueling, Tengwan was caught off-guard by the attack when the Ghost Bears attacked his DropShip, forcing him out its door. Although the Draconis forces fought valiantly, they were no match against the Ghost Bear strike force and Tengwan was captured by the Clan.[1]

After Tengwan was captured on Chandler by Clan Ghost Bear, he was interrogated by the Clan about their attackers. His answer led the Bears to Wolcott, where they would find Ano Rentoshi and his Hatamoto-Chi.
It is unclear if the Ghost Bears returned Tengwan back to the Draconis Combine or kept him as a bondsman.
BattleMechs
Tengwan piloted a Raven BattleMech during his capture on Chandler.
