The Splatterfruit, also known as the Westerstede mango, is a bush-grown fruit found on Westerstede. Massive fruits, growing to a length of over one meter, they are a common food on the planet, once processed. Splatterfruit generally requires draining, as it is filled with an oily fluid slick enough to knock a BattleMech off balance.[1]
