Raymond Fritz was the ruler of Muphrid.
History
He was the Duke and planetary leader of it 3067 for the Lyran Alliance.[1]
He survived somehow the Word of Blake occupation and was elected Planetary Governor of Muphrid for the Republic of the Sphere, a post he held from 3130[2][3] to 3135[4]
