Peter Horne was an officer of the CCAF.[1]
History[edit]
After serving as a MechWarrior in several front line Capellan regiments and retired with the rank of Colonel.
He was a family friend of Arthur Chin, and noting his interest from him to become a MechWarrior, he got his family's blessing to guide him towards a career in the CCAF in 3052, when Arthur was just four years old.[1]
