Precentor Martial

The ComStar Precentor Martial is the leader of the entire ComStar military branch. One of the most powerful positions in ComStar, it is only dwarfed in power by the positions of Primus and national Precentors. The position has seen many notable names occupying it, most notably Anastasius Focht and Victor Steiner-Davion.
