Interstellar Agriculture Concerns was a manufacturing concern in the Fronc Reaches. They provided tracked vehicles and other agricultural equipment for the citizens of the New Colony Region, and when the Fronc Reaches formed they were hired to produce weaponry for the new nation. Since that time, the company has continued to produce civilian equipment as well as tanks. In 3079 there were several problems with their military products, particularly in engine and transmissions, but engineers worked to fix these problems.
The Rockwellawan plant was located close to the world's arctic regions.
