History[edit]
Born into the prestigious Regis family of Arcturus, from a young age Sarah was steeped in her ancestors' military legacy and dedication to the Lyran Commonwealth. Her belief in her natural abilities, however, faltered during a crucial test on a simulator during her teenage years. Her father, Jacob, had the test scores changed to advance his daughter at the cost of another cadet. Sarah didn't like that. Furiously calling out her father's actions on the spot, she swore to only test herself alone, running or in 'Mech simulations, to make sure no one could lose out because of her last name.
During her career, Sarah met General Francine Ross, and became her protégée and close friend.[3]
Sarah's drive carried her far in the LCAF, and she developed a (deserved) reputation for acting before waiting for orders, letting her results justify her actions.[1]
Return to Arcturus[edit]
In 3151, after Clan Jade Falcon departed their occupation zone toward Terra, Sarah was already the commanding officer of the 26th Arcturan Guards, positioned on Kandersteg. The Commonwealth was very slow to see the opportunity... but Sarah was not. She send her own scouts to Arcturus, and after learning that the planet was free again, Sarah decided to return there, without waiting for orders. Her other officers, totally loyal to her, followed her without hesitation.[4]
Tamar Pact[edit]
Sarah declared the Tamar Pact reborn as a separate nation from the Lyran Commonwealth.[5]
BattleMech[edit]
Sarah's 'Mech was a BattleMaster C3, which she named Battlefist.[6]
