Rememberance

Nic, I was looking at the to do list and was curious, what do you want done with the Rememberance? Do you want what info can be found via web and books? Or are you looking for something different? Faithfuldemise 23:00, 11 February 2010 (UTC)

I was hoping to compile all of the official verses from the various bits and peaces in all of the books (novels and reference). Just haven't had time to do so... Nicjansma 05:34, 4 April 2010 (UTC)

Doneve

Dear Nic, I feel that Doneve really deserves some special merit/award for his contributions to planetary information. He is citing Chris Wheeler's IS Atlas to replace the erroneous Y-coordinates with the actual values, and as Chris Wheeler is (himself) cited as a BattleTech fact-checker in regards to timelines and planetary information, the source is pretty sound. This task has been on the "to-do list" for planetary data for some time, and requires ~2000 separate edits for the Inner Sphere alone. It is quite a task, and I feel he deserves recognition.--S.gage 23:33, 1 February 2010 (UTC)

I fully agree. I had given him an Founder's Honorable Mention Award for in recognition of all his great work. Nicjansma 05:36, 4 April 2010 (UTC)

Server's PHP Upgrade

The server's PHP version was upgraded from 5.2.x to 5.3. I've found this has broken a couple things, and am fixing them as I go. Please let me know of any problems you see. Nicjansma 06:35, 5 April 2010 (UTC)

Using the "rollback" function produced a php error, so I went and used the "undo" function - only to find out that "rollback" had apparently worked despite the error message (which unfortunately I didn't copy). See my recent two edits to Solaris VII directly preceding this edit. Btw, I could swear that the changes from "rollback" didn't register as a change before I used "undo". PS: Still, thanks for your continued work on the site! Care to get a Random Appreciation Award? :) Frabby 06:56, 5 April 2010 (UTC)
Thanks! I've found an error with the database and repaired it, and Rollback seems to work now. Let me know what else you find. I hate having downtime, or causing problems by upgrades, but I needed PHP v5.3 features for other pages on the server! Nicjansma 07:41, 5 April 2010 (UTC)
