This article does not imho meet our Policy:Notability criteria. It is definitely not a person, not even a pen name or pseudonym, and was apparently only ever mentioned once. You could even say the subject of this article is unknown, as the constituent members of this purported author team aren’t named anywhere - and if they were, they and not the group should be referenced.
