Lucian Finn was a Captain in MacLeod's Regiment of the Northwind Highlanders.[1]
History
Finn was an avid holovid fan and often acted as if inspired by action holovids. He developed a reputation for throwing himself into the thick of battle. These actions, which he claims sow chaos and confusion in the enemy ranks, earned him numerous reprimands from his superiors as well as equally numerous victories and kills.[1]
