Captain Evan Cho was the commander of the unknown-class JumpShip State Trader Dynasty's Sun as of 3071.[1][2]
History[edit]
On 28 August 3071, the Dynasty's Sun's Captain Cho reported on arrival in the New Sagan system to the zenith recharge point Harbormaster Duvalis Ying, that he had witnessed signs of a disaster at their last transit point on Necromo.[1]
