Description
Originally developed by Clan Blood Spirit in 3073 as a light strike Mech, due to low resources the Clan needed to trade with Clan Sea Fox in order to keep their BattleMech program afloat, leading to both Clans developing and producing the Crimson Hawk. Much of its mass is geared towards armor and firepower rather than speed as it was intended for built-up terrian and swarm tactics.
Armament
the Crimson Hawk is armed with a pair of Series 7K ER Large Lasers that allow it to snipe at an enemy from long range while using its jump jets to keep the enemy at distance or to atain an adventagious firing position.
Variants
- BS571-0H - Some Clan Blood Spirit variations mounted 2 Series 4D-2 Heavy Large Lasers for more firepower at the expense of range and some accuracy.
