George Humphreys was the man who is largely credited with the formation of the Free Worlds League and the Speaker of the Parliament for the first five sessions of Parliment.[1]

Notes

There appears to be a discrepancy about when Thomas Allison took over as Speaker of the Parliament. The original House Marik book gives a firm date of 2272, however wording in Handbook: House Marik states George served as speaker for the first five sessions and retired in 2276. With his son taking over as MP, he may have already stepped down as Speaker.
