+ | I like the work you're doing creating new WarShip articles here and fleshing out the Smoke Jaguar ''touman''. I just wanted to mention that a couple of mistakes have crept in when you've been adding ships to the main WarShip articles; the articles reflect who the last known owner of a WarShip was. In the case of the ''Osis' Pride'' as an example, during the Wars of Reaving the ''Osis' Pride'' was encountered by the Ice Hellions and ended up an Ice Hellion possession. The Ice Hellion survivors then later merged into the Goliath Scorpions, leaving the Osis' Pride as a Goliath Scorpion WarShip - hence it's listing on the ''Potemkin'' page under the Goliath Scorpions. There were a huge number of changes to ship ownership in the Jihad and the Wars of Reaving, so it's worth checking the individual ship articles to see who the last listed owner is rather than adding a ship to the list twice. | ||
+ | Keep up the good work - I'm looking forward to learning more about some of the Smoke Jaguar ships. I'm not convinced that the ''Simas Osis'' isn't a mistake on the author's part - the writer has the ''Korat'', ''Azov'' and ''Ripper'' escape the Inner Sphere with Delta Galaxy, has the ''Azov'' and ''Ripper'' being given battle orders, and then the ''Simas Osis'' suddenly pops up in the description of the battle having not been mentioned before. I'm wondering if it was an earlier name for one of the ships that got swapped in by mistake... [[User:BrokenMnemonic|BrokenMnemonic]] ([[User talk:BrokenMnemonic|talk]]) 03:25, 6 October 2013 (PDT) |

List of Ships by Class
Hi Dark Jaguar,
I like the work you're doing creating new WarShip articles here and fleshing out the Smoke Jaguar touman. I just wanted to mention that a couple of mistakes have crept in when you've been adding ships to the main WarShip articles; the articles reflect who the last known owner of a WarShip was. In the case of the Osis' Pride as an example, during the Wars of Reaving the Osis' Pride was encountered by the Ice Hellions and ended up an Ice Hellion possession. The Ice Hellion survivors then later merged into the Goliath Scorpions, leaving the Osis' Pride as a Goliath Scorpion WarShip - hence it's listing on the Potemkin page under the Goliath Scorpions. There were a huge number of changes to ship ownership in the Jihad and the Wars of Reaving, so it's worth checking the individual ship articles to see who the last listed owner is rather than adding a ship to the list twice.
Keep up the good work - I'm looking forward to learning more about some of the Smoke Jaguar ships. I'm not convinced that the Simas Osis isn't a mistake on the author's part - the writer has the Korat, Azov and Ripper escape the Inner Sphere with Delta Galaxy, has the Azov and Ripper being given battle orders, and then the Simas Osis suddenly pops up in the description of the battle having not been mentioned before. I'm wondering if it was an earlier name for one of the ships that got swapped in by mistake... BrokenMnemonic (talk) 03:25, 6 October 2013 (PDT)
