Waytani, Inc. was formed in the Free Worlds League with the sole intent of producing the PowerLoader exoskeleton. The company sells its design extensively in the League and the Capellan Confederation. Its main competition comes from GM's HeavyHauler design.[1]

After the Jihad, with widespread infrastructure repair needed across the Inner Sphere, Waytani's product line expanded to include an IndustrialMech along the lines of its PowerLoader: the Exo.[2]
