Mustafa Khemar Rhasori was a Muslim fanatic that on January 14th, 2011, at 11:53 p.m. local time, mere hours after the signing of the Tikonov Accords, assassinated Oleg Tikonov. Posing as a militiaman, Rhasori suicide-bombed the Premier's limousine, killing not only Tikonov himself, but also his wife (Nadja Tikonova) and children (Pyotr Tikonov and Nicholas Tikonov).[1]
