Colonel Theodora Casey was the chief of staff of the Star League Defense Force's XXX Corps as of 2764.[1]
History[edit]
Colonel Casey had a new Corps CO as of 2764, Major General Erwin Moeller, who was still learning the ropes. This resulted in Casey having to carry much of the burden of command, as Moeller was settling into the challenges of his new role.[1]
