Major General Flannan Biskup was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's 154th BattleMech Division as of 2764.[1]

Tasked with covering more than half a dozen worlds in the Draconis March and facing a high level of bandit attacks, Major General Biskup sought permission from his usually restrictive superior Lars Switzer to deploy his Division in Brigade strength across three worlds, receiving Switzer's reluctant approval.[1]
