Reinhardt Estevez was a Major General in the Star League Defense Force.
History
He rose to the commanding post of the 21st Infantry Division in 2764.[1]
At the time, the Twenty-first was among the worst performing commands of XXXVI Corps, so XXXVI Corps commander Major General Rebecca Rhodes worked with Estevez to improve the Twenty-first. [1]
