ComStar Precentor Jeffrey Layton is credited as the author of the Objective Raids for the ComStar Archives on Terra[1], dated 10 January 3054. His rank (without roman numeral) indicates that he was Precentor for less than a year at the time.
Precentor J. Layton is also the recipient of an (undated) memo pertaining to the demolition of the LAM factory on Irece by Clan Nova Cat.[2]
