Parent Command Always Faithful

History

Simply designated as Charlie Regiment, this regiment was one of three to form in 2786 from a miscellaneous assortment of Star League Defense Force and Rim Worlds Army personnel in the aftermath of Operation EXODUS and the dissolution of the Star League. Together, the three regiments - Alpha, Bravo and Charlie regiments formed a brigade known as the Always Faithful mercenary unit.[1]

The Always Faithful's first contract was to the Capellan Confederation Armed Forces, and Charlie Regiment fought for the CCAF during the First Succession War; all three regiments suffered casualties during the War, and by 2821 the Always Faithful had been reduced to a total strength of roughly three-quarters of a single regiment.[2]
