The Two Hundred Fifth BattleMech Division was a part of the Star League Defense Force Regular Army.

History

In 2710, the 205th BattleMech Division earned its nickname "The Alamo Division" in a battle with a rogue BattleMech regiment from the Taurian Concordat on Valois. The sacrifice of the pilot saved the 205th as the warhead exploded in the atmosphere, killing only the LAM pilot.[1]

In 2764, the unit was stationed on Minette[2], assigned as a part of the LXIX Corps, Third Army, to District 2 of the Federated Suns Military Region, but was moved to an undisclosed are of the Periphery by 2765, to take part in the Periphery Uprising.[3] The 205th was destroyed during the Hegemony Campaign.[3]
