Julian Costamayor (b. ???? - d. 12th October 3080) was a reporter for the Umka World News, a news corporation on the world of Umka on the border between the Free Worlds League and the Magistracy of Canopus. Costamayor and his news team were covering the spate of Bloody Tricentennial bombings in the early hours of the 12th of October 3080 that had struck the city of Deep Hamilton, killing more than 1,200 people, when another terrorist bomb breached a nearby major dam.
